Our Story

Hello loves! My name is Haley and I'm the owner of Diamond Fringe Boutique based out of West Virginia. I had been dreaming for years of opening up my own shop, and in 2022 my dream finally came true! I have always had such a hard time finding clothes that fit my unique style, so my goal was to find clothes to fit the uniqueness in all of us. Girly, feminine, and a little flashy, mixed with comfort and casual charm. We have a variety of options with a focus on quality. Our style at fringe is Western - with a twist! We handpick each item on the site. There is a personal touch to every part of the boutique. Our main goal at Diamond Fringe is to make everyone feel beautiful at a great price. In my spare time I love to hang out with my husband and son. We have two dachshunds and a golden retriever who were our first babies. We live in a small town in West Virginia up on a mountain, and we spend most of our time outside, fishing and swimming at our pond.
